Inspiration for the No Allium TikTok Cheeseburger Wrap Hack recipe came to me one day while I was scrolling TikTok. Everyone was posting these delicious wraps, but there was a huge problem. All of the recipes were made with lots of onion, garlic and other alliums. Since I have an allium allergy, and all alliums are forbidden in my kitchen, I decided to create a No Allium Cheeseburger Wrap Hack.

How to make No Allium TikTok Cheeseburger Wrap Hack recipe?

1.

In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt with mayo, parsley flakes, ground caraway, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix it until it is well combined. You can always taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning to your taste.

2.

Lay the tortilla down on a cutting board. Take a knife and cut a line from the center of the tortilla to the bottom edge. Moreover, you can use scissors to make the cut too. Just make sure that you cut all the way to the middle so that you can get equally big quadrants.

3.

Season the ground meat with salt and pepper. You can choose how much salt and pepper you will add.
Take the soft tortillas that you cut, and place a small amount of ground meat at the bottom corner. Gently with hand flatten the ground meat in a thin layer on the tortilla’s bottom corner. Remember, the tortilla sheet is now separated into 4 equally big parts. Only add ground meat to one quadrant.

4.

Preheat a skillet or a griddle on medium-high heat, and place tortilla ground meat side down. Cook the tortilla until the meat is completely cooked (it should be done in about 5 to 7 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat). Remember, the meat has to be completely cooked!
Place the tortilla sheet on the plate, and cover the meat with a slice of Swiss cheese.

5.

Start with the bottom left corner and fold it up over the top left. Smear the sauce over the tortilla and add lettuce to it. Then fold it over to the top right.

How to store No Allium TikTok Cheeseburger Wrap Hack recipe?

Refrigerator
I do not recommend storing it in the refrigerator because it has the best taste when it’s eaten fresh, and it will not taste good if you store it in the refrigerator (it will lose texture, and it will taste bad).

If you need a meal that you want to store in the refrigerator and eat the next day, check out my Broccoli and Rice Casserole, or Zoodles with Bolognese Sauce.

Freezer

I do not recommend freezing this meal because it has the best taste when it’s eaten fresh, and it will not taste good if you freeze it.
