In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt with mayo, parsley flakes, ground caraway, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Tortilla hack:
Lay the tortilla down on a cutting board. Take a knife and cut a line from the center of the tortilla to the bottom edge. You can use scissors to make the cut too.
Season the ground meat with salt and pepper.
Take soft tortilla that you cut, and place a small amount of ground meat at the bottom corner. Gently with hand flatten the ground meat in a thin layer on the tortilla's bottom corner.
Preheat a skillet or a griddle on medium-high heat, and place tortilla ground meat side down. Cook the tortilla until the meat is completely cooked (it should be done in about 5 to 7 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat). Remember, the meat has to be completely cooked!
Place the tortilla sheet on the plate, and cover the meat with a slice of Swiss cheese.
Start with the bottom left corner and fold it up over the top left. Smear the sauce over the tortilla and add lettuce to it. Then fold it over to the top right.
Smear the sauce, and add cut cherry tomatoes. And finally, fold it down to the bottom right.
ACID REFLUX - sometimes tomato can be a trigger acid reflux ingredient to individuals, and it will cause them the acid reflux. For me tomatoes are NOT causing acid reflux, but some other ingredients are my acid reflux trigger food. Important step with managing acid reflux is to get to know your trigger ingredients, and avoid them. If tomato is causing you acid reflux, please omit it in the recipe. It will not hurt the outcome of the recipe.
