How to make No Onion No Garlic Ground Beef Wraps?
It is easy to make my 15 minute Ground Beef Wraps No Onion No Garlic recipe, and you really need only 15 minute to make it.
First, add the oil to a skillet and heat it over medium-low heat. Wait until the oil gets hot, then add ground beef to the skillet and saute it with a wooden spoon, stirring frequently to break up large chunks of meat into smaller ones. You will want to break up the chunks because the No Onion No Garlic Ground Beef Sauce will taste better.
When the meat is no longer pink, add dried oregano, dried basil, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Then, add frozen carrots, peas and corn. Saute, stirring frequently, for about 2 minutes. Do not let meat or vegetables burn.
Then, add the canned diced tomatoes to the sauce and simmer the sauce, stirring occasionally, for about 4 minutes or until it thickens. The No Onion No Garlic Ground Beef Sauce should be thick, with very little to no liquid. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary. At this stage, you can add your favorite spices to increase the heat. Remove from heat.
When you are ready to eat, take a large flour tortilla and spoon the filling evenly in a row across the center, leaving a 1-inch (2.5 cm) border on all sides. Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla over the filling, then fold the bottom edge over the filling and roll it up.
