Of course not. The meal plan is a suggested guide for making your life easier when it comes to food. You can choose which meals you want to cook on which day, and if you don’t like a meal, you can skip it. Look at the meal plans as a little helper with dinner, not a letter of law.

What makes From Dora’s Kitchen meal plan different from other meal plans?

Allium-free
My meal plan is at the moment the only meal plan on the market that offers 100% allium-free meals. It doesn’t contain any store-bought sauces or condiments, so it is 100% safe for anyone who has problems with alliums. And there is no use of allium-infused oils

My meal plan recipes are new and unpublished recipes. By purchasing a meal plan, you will have an exclusive peek and be among the first to try my 100% allium-free recipes.

How does the recipe breakdown look every week?

There are 4 meals with meat. (chicken, turkey, pork, and ground meat of your choice)

There will be 1 meal without meat (it may include bacon).

The source of starch carbs will be different every day (for example there will not be pasta recipes twice in a week or potato as a side).

Are meals from the meal plan healthy?

Yes, they are healthy and follow a balanced diet. There will be carbs, protein, and fiber in every meal. Every meal is balanced and has enough nutrients to keep you healthy.

Is the meal plan allergy friendly?

It depends on your allergy.

For now, it is 100% allium allergy (no onion no garlic and other alliums), avocado, fish, crustaceans shellfish, mollusc, and soybean friendly.

For a low-sodium diet – all ingredients are in their natural state (I do not use already-made sauces), and you are the one who is adding the salt. Add less salt when cooking (to your taste)
