The majority of my meals require 30 minutes to make from the moment you start cooking until it is time to eat a delicious dinner.

Save it for later

Almost all the meals from the meal plan are refrigerator and freezer friendly. You can cook a bigger batch of the food, and save it for another day. Store them in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, or freeze them for 3 months.

Why did I start From Dora’s Kitchen blog?

I started From Dora’s Kitchen food blog to help people who are suffering from allium allergy or allium intolerance. Researching and raising awareness about allium allergy is only one part of my mission. I also want to share 100% allium-free and tested recipes that anyone can do.

Cooking without alliums doesn’t mean that you eat tasteless food. Putting lots of onion and garlic is not the only way to give food flavor, there are other spices and herbs that will do an even better job than alliums.

But I felt that it was not enough. Living with an allium allergy can make the simple question of what’s for dinner a nightmare. Also, there is NO option to buy pre-made sauce in the shop, or a frozen meal will be fine because they contain alliums.

I decided to share my easy-to-follow 100% allium-free meal plan.

How does the meal plan work?

  1. After successfully purchasing the meal plan you will get an email immediately. Check the spam folder.
  2. In the email you will get a link to create a password and link to the portal. You can access the portal in the footer under the Meal Plan portal.
  3. Log in with your email address and the password you choose.
  4. You are in! Browse the recipes, watch videos, adjust the servings and read the booklet.

Do I need to cook everything that is included in the meal plan?

Of course not. The meal plan is a suggested guide for making your life easier when it comes to food. You can choose which meals you want to cook on which day, and if you don’t like a meal, you can skip it. Look at the meal plans as a little helper with dinner, not a letter of law.

What makes From Dora’s Kitchen meal plan different from other meal plans?

Allium-free
My meal plan is at the moment the only meal plan on the market that offers 100% allium-free meals. It doesn’t contain any store-bought sauces or condiments, so it is 100% safe for anyone who has problems with alliums. And there is no use of allium-infused oils.

I decided that my meals need to be easy to make for everyone, no matter how much culinary knowledge you have. And to be sure that they are easy to make and easy to follow, every recipe has a how-to make video and lots of photos of each step.

45 minutes
45 minutes is the max time that you need to cook any meal from my meal plan. The majority of the recipes are 30 minutes or under, but there are a few that require a few more minutes.

Are meal plan recipes tested?

All recipes are tested and made many times. This meal plan is a mix of the recipes that I cook often.

Are meal plan recipes published recipes on From Dora’s Kitchen food blog?

My meal plan recipes are new and unpublished recipes. By purchasing a meal plan, you will have an exclusive peek and be among the first to try my 100% allium-free recipes.

How does the recipe breakdown look every week?

There are 4 meals with meat. (chicken, turkey, pork, and ground meat of your choice)

There will be 1 meal without meat (it may include bacon).

The source of starch carbs will be different every day (for example there will not be pasta recipes twice in a week or potato as a side).

Are meals from the meal plan healthy?

Yes, they are healthy and follow a balanced diet. There will be carbs, protein, and fiber in every meal. Every meal is balanced and has enough nutrients to keep you healthy.

Is the meal plan allergy friendly?

It depends on your allergy.

For now, it is 100% allium allergy, avocado, fish, crustaceans shellfish, mollusc, and soybean friendly.

For a low-sodium diet – all ingredients are in their natural state (I do not use already-made sauces), and you are the one who is adding the salt. Add less salt when cooking (to your taste)
