black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl mix oil with ground rosemary, thyme, oregano, ground basil, marjoram, salt, and pepper. This is the marinade for chicken.
Cut partially chicken breast. I do 1 vertical cut and a few horizontal cuts. Be careful not to cut completely the chicken breast.
In a container place chicken, and then massage marinade into it. Let it rest for 30 minutes on the counter.
Place a few pieces in the air fryer. Do not overload the basket.
Bake chicken for 15 minutes at 350℉/ 180℃.
Flip the chicken, and bake it for about 10 minutes or longer (depending on the size of the chicken breast).
