Cut boneless and skinless chicken breast into small cubes.
Put chicken cubes into a bowl, and season them with parsley flakes, dry basil, dry oregano, salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and olive oil. Mix it to combine and let it rest while you cut the vegetables.

Cut carrot into small cubes.
Cut in halves cherry tomatoes.
Put the marinated chicken cubes into the pan, and heat it over medium-low heat.
Saute the chicken cubes with occasional stirring. Saute it just until the outside of the chicken is no longer pink.
Add carrot and saute it with occasional stirring until the carrot starts becoming tender.
Add corn and peas and saute it with occasional stirring for a minute or two.
Add cherry tomato, and stir it a few times.
Add water, and stir it a few times. Simmer it until the water evaporates.
