You can use low fat plain yogurt if you have problems with cholesterol.
Instead of lemon juice, you can use a splash of vinegar. Be careful with vinegar because it is more intense than lemon juice, and just a few drops can be enough.
Use Greek Yogurt or lactose-free plain yogurt if you have IBS and follow LOW FODMAP diet.
If you like thick salad dressings, then use Greek yogurt.
