Instructions
Make marinade. Mix olive oil, dry tarragon, dry lovage, dry thyme, ground rosemary, and salt.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
Rub the marinade onto the chicken thighs, making sure to coat them evenly.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F/200°C. Run the empty air fryer at 400°F/200°C for 5 minutes.
Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Cook for 12 minutes.
Flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional 8 to 12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Once done, let the chicken rest on a plate for a few minutes before serving.
