8ozcottage cheese225g
3tablespoonsour cream/ plain yogurt
1teaspoonparsley flakes
2slicesbacon
salt to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta with water and salt according to the package. If you don’t have csusza pasta, break the lasagna sheet into smaller pieces, or cook any other type of pasta.
Cut bacon into small pieces, and fry them in the pan.
Remove bacon from the pan, and in the grese from the bacon, fry pasta for 2 to 3 minute.
Add cottage cheese to the pasta and mix it to combine.
Add salt and parsley flakes to the pasta and cottage cheese. Mix it to combine.
Add sour cream, and stir it a few times to combine it with pasta and cottage cheese. Do not keep it too long on the stove.
Serve Bacon and cottage cheese pasta with sour cream and bacon pieces on the top.
