How to make Lekker Gallstone Diet Chicken Recipe?
Cut boneless and skinless chicken breast into cubes. Cut them into 1-inch cubes, or a bit bigger than a bite-size because the chicken will shrink during cooking.
Place the chicken cubes into the bowl, and season with parsley flakes, dry tarragon, and salt. Toss it until you coat the chicken with herbs. You can use your hands, or a spoon and fork, or tongs. It is important to coat the chicken completely. Now, you can immediately start cooking the chicken, or you can let it rest for 30 minutes to soak the flavor. It is all up to you, and both ways the chicken is delicious.
Add the oil to the pan and heat over medium-low heat, and add chicken cubes to the hot oil. Saute it with occasional stirring. Saute it just until the outside of the chicken is no longer pink. Don’t let chicken become cooked completely in this step.
Add water to cover the chicken cubes. Simmer it on low heat until the water evaporates and the chicken cubes are cooked through. You can occasionally stir the no onion no garlic chicken.
