They are so versatile, and you can quickly create appetizing chicken recipes for the gallbladder diet. It is no wonder that when I was working in the gastroenterology department, we always suggested that our gallstone patients to eat chicken breast.

Since I got diagnosed with gallbladder stones, I started cooking low fat chicken recipes, and sometimes I would recreate classic meals in their low fat version that I can enjoy when having gallstones.
