Honey Cinnamon Salad Dressing has a sweet and earth flavor with a gentle and mild flavor of sourness. Besides amazing taste, it is one of the easiest homemade salad dressing that can be done in a blink of an eye.

I like Honey Cinnamon Salad Dressing a lot, and most of the time I use it for my salads if I put some fruits inside along with the lettuce, vegetables, and some protein. Sometimes I would just drizzle this easy dressing over iceberg or butterhead lettuce and serve it with baked red meat.

  • Plain yogurt (use low fat version if you have gallstones)
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt

How to make no onion no garlic Honey Cinnamon Salad Dressing?

Add plain yogurt, cinnamon, honey, salt, and lemon juice to a bowl. Whisk it together until well combined.

Taste the dressing, and add more salt if necessary. If you would like to give it a bit of a spicy flavor, you can add pepper, but it is completely optional. We do not add pepper to this sauce, but you can try to add it if you like.

The last step is to drizzle it over salad, and toss it.

What type of salads pairs well with Honey Salad Dressing?

Honey Cinnamon Salad Dressing is a sweet and earthy dressing with a hint of sourness. I find that it fits best to salads where you add fruits like apples, pineapples, pomegranate or strawberries. You can also drizzle this easy homemade salad dressing over butterhead or iceberg lettuce, and serve it with baked red meat (like pork or beef) as a side dish. This no onion no garlic salad dressing will provide a bit of a sweet and earthy note to the meal, and usually red meat pairs well with sweet and earthy flavors.

  • 1 cup plain yogurt 250g
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ teaspoons honey
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Taste the dressing, and add more salt if necessary. You can also add pepper at this stage to deepen the sauce flavor, but it is completely optional.
