
Since I got diagnosed with gallstones, I was experimenting and creating gallbladder soup recipes. I found out that having a plate of soup every day is good for my gallstones. With the soup, I get all the nutrients and fibre from the vegetables, and the liquid from the soup is perfect for hydration and bile flow.
When it comes to soups and gallbladder diet, you want to eat low fat soup recipes. Soups that are not made with cream (like heavy cream, half and half), or canned soup. The best low fat soup for the gallbladder is the one that you made from scratch using raw ingredients (like instead of using store-bought broth, cook the vegetables together and season it with salt).

Perfectly creamy and savory gallbladder diet soup. Tomato soup is made from a combination of tomatoes, herbs, and water. It is completely dairy-free, and it is done in less than 30 minutes.
Vegetable Soup
Amazing low fat soup recipe for the gallbladder because it is rich with different types of vegetables. It is made from scratch, and the only effort you need to put into this soup is preparing and cutting the vegetables. After the soup is done, you can add soup noodles. I often make a huge batch of this soup and then freeze it.

Carrot Potato Soup
Extra creamy, flavorful, and completely low fat soup recipe for gallbladder diet. It is made with vegetables and water, and it is thick on its own. It is gluten-free, and also a comfort soup. You can add a few dollops of plain yogurt on top, but it is optional.
Chicken Soup
Low fat Chicken Soup that will become one of your favorite recipes! It is made with boneless and skinless chicken breast and from scratch. It is a perfect remedy for flu, or as a meal after a gallbladder attack. You can add soup noodles, or eat it without them, either way it tastes amazing!
Gallbladder diet soup recipes are not hard to make, and they are flavorful! You can enjoy in low fat puree soups or low fat broth style soups made from scratch. I have gallstones, and those soups are my go-to soups. I developed them based on my knowledge about the gallbladder diet I got while I was working as a nurse on the gastroenterology department.
