After their appointments, many patients still had the same question: “What should I eat now?”

Even though I explained gallbladder diet guidelines every day and tried my best to answer their questions, many people still left with more confusion than clarity. A few years later, when I was diagnosed with gallstones myself, I finally understood how difficult it is to find real guidance about what you can eat.
