Mushroom Risotto

Risotto is one of my go-to quick dinners when I need something cozy that is not pasta. My favorite fall risotto recipe is Mushroom risotto. It is delicious and perfect fall comfort food if you ask me. I love how creamy the risotto is, while the mushrooms provide yummy umami flavor to the meal. For even more comfort, grate Parmigiano Reggiano or parmesan cheese on the top while itโ€™s still warm, and mix it. It will be even more creamy and flavorful.

Pork Chops in Blueberry Sauce

Pork Chops in Blueberry Sauce is one of my husbandโ€™s favorite fall dinner recipes that he will often ask for. He loves the sweet and savory sauce that is made from blueberry jam and herbs. Marry Me Meatballs

Marry Me Meatballs is a version of the viral Marry Me Chicken recipe, but instead of chicken cutlets, it is made from meatballs. My husband and I are always experimenting with different types of ground meat. After making it more than a dozen times, we find out that our favorite is with ground beef and ground turkey. Marry Me Meatballs is a perfect fall comfort food when days become colder, and they taste wonderful with spaghetti.

Cauliflower Casserole

When it comes to fall Sunday dinner ideas, my mind immediately goes to Cauliflower casserole. I love how creamy the casserole is from cauliflower and yogurt sauce, and how the carrot provides a hint of sweetness to the meal. It is really a comfort in a casserole dish that I look forward to. Sometimes I will serve it as a main dish on the days when I donโ€™t feel like eating meat, or as a flavorful side dish next to a meat. It tastes delicious with chicken, turkey, beef, pork, or meatloaf.

Easy Beef Stroganoff

Healthy and Easy Beef Stroganoff is a dainty ground beef recipe that will cheer up your mealtime. I love how silky the sauce is, and whenever I taste the sauce, it surprises my taste buds with its texture. Besides the wonderful flavor and silky texture, it is a healthy recipe that you can serve with pasta, rice, gnocchi, or mashed potatoes.

Cottage Cheese Pasta

If you need quick, easy fall dinner ideas, then this recipe is perfect for you. All you need is pasta, cottage cheese, and bacon. I love making this meal during days when I donโ€™t have energy for cooking because it is so quick to make, and it has a divine taste. If you prefer vegetarian meals, then skip the bacon, it will still taste wonderful.

Carrot Potato Soup is a heartwarming soup that is ideal for any season, and it is perfect for lunch or dinner. It is a flavory puree soup with a gentile flavor that everyone will love (even the kids). Spaghetti and Tiny Meatballs

Spaghetti and Tiny Meatballs is a playful version of the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs. Instead of big meatballs, I made them bite-sized and baked them in the oven. While the meatballs were baking, I created yummy tomato and mushroom spaghetti sauce. It was a hit from the start with my husband, and became a yummy fall comfort food for cold days.
